How does scheduling work – when are lights installed and removed?
Plan as early as possible. The holiday season is short, and slots fill up fast, so it’s best to schedule your installation well in advance (e.g. September). Installations for commercial displays typically take place in the weeks leading up to the holidays. Removal is always included in our service: crews will come back after the Holiday season to take everything down. We begin takedown in the first week of January and work through the entire month, coordinating a time that’s convenient for you. We’ll discuss with you any specific timing needs (for example, if you have a special event or want lights off by a certain date), and can accommodate if possible. The key is to book early so you get your preferred installation spot on our schedule.
What if a light bulb goes out or something stops working?
Our service is generally worry-free – if any lights stop working or there’s an issue with your display, our team will fix it promptly at no extra charge. We include maintenance and troubleshooting as part of our service. For example, if a bulb burns out, a section trips off, or weather causes a problem, you simply notify us and one of our team members will come out to repair or replace it in a timely manner.
